NetDirector provides on-demand name and address verification service that allows subscribers too quickly and easily identify correct ZIP code, address verification, address correction, and parsing of any borrower name or US property address.  The delivery address is checked for proper Postal Service format and standardized if necessary.  Spelling corrections are applied and the address is split into USPS standard components. 

This next generation USPS address-matching technology offers much improved results over other comparable systems.  Other online service offerings don't effectively correct bad ZIP codes and cannot effectively handle misspelled addresses thus offering you an inferior product.  Our technology uses both Soundex and Phonetic matching algorithms to find matches that other programs often miss.

NetAddress  is a real-time request and response data transaction that provides correct ZIP code, address verification, address correction, and parsing of any US address.  NetAddress returns the Property/Mailing address MapQuest link.  With just "one click" firms can immediately view the property - to visually see county and zip-code location - saving time entering addresses manually.

NetSweep is an address cleanup utility that allows customers to send in their entire database for a one-time address verification, correction, and parsing.  This service offers all the same capabilities as NetAddress but is initiated in a batch mode.

NetCounty is a real-time lookup transaction that provides split county verification.

NetName (formerly known as NameParser) is a real-time name parsing utility that solves the problem when data trading partners send free form borrower names in all different formats and styles.  NetName allows the customer to select any free-form name field being sent by a trading partner and automatically split them into standard components such as: First, Middle, Last names wherever possible.  NetDirector uses a 100,000 name dictionary in combination with an 8,000 word proprietary company dictionary to assist in the parsing.  NetName can process all styles of names including inverse, natural order, hyphenated and multi-part last names.  Intuitive algorithms examine the results and selections are made of the most complete and correct data.
