NetDirector
NetDirector processes over 2.4 million data and document transactions per month.
Our hosted data exchange services are reliable, clustered, and secure.

Server & Network Reliability

NetDirector's entire network infrastructure is designed around providing the best data exchange service possible. After all, it's the only thing we do! We have built a totally redundant network - there is no single point of failure in our setup. That includes connectivity, load balancers, as well as on backups.

Our servers are configured in a clustered environment. If the primary server in the cluster becomes congested or unavailable, the secondary clustered server is able automatically take over. NetDirector’s Server farm consists of BEA Weblogic Application Servers and Oracle Database Servers.

This clustered server setup is the primary reason why our uptime remains at 100% for most months. It also removes almost all need for scheduled maintenance that would usually take down your data exchange temporarily.

We use reliable software that is well tested before being put into any live environment. Our hardware is thoroughly tested as well before being used. All this helps keep our servers up near 100% of the time.

We're data exchange providers to financial services providers, attorneys, title companies, and other subscribers that require a secure environment.

That's why NetDirector uses Peak10 to host our servers. Peak10 is undoubtedly the most secure and professional provider of data center space worldwide. Peak 10 has a growing and diverse portfolio of clients in the Tampa market including GunnAllen Financial, Ameristeel Churchill Downs, Lending Tree, Outback Bowl, Pergo, and the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Peak10 is SAS70 Type II Compliant...
