Harry is responsible for general management of operations, sales/marketing, finance, and product development. Harry has more than 20 years experience in the enterprise software industry, specifically focused on Professional Services, Financial Services, and Information Technology. He previously held sales and marketing positions at small and large corporate environments such as Compuware, Changepoint, PowerCerv, and Users Inc. a division of Fiserv. Harry currently serves as the Chairman of the USFN Technology Committee. He is a seasoned, successful executive that will ensure a consistent professional experience for NetDirector customers and partners.
Trudy is responsible for driving engineering, product development, and technology strategy to deliver premium business value to our customers. In her role, Trudy leads the NetDirector system engineering team – oversees enhancements to our customer web application, creates custom interfaces, provides second-line support, and manages the data center architecture. Trudy, one of the founding employees of NetDirector, was one of the original architects of the product. She brings close to two decades worth of information technology experience in mortgage banking, insurance, and telecommunication industries.
As operations manager, Darren is responsible for enhancing the performance, productivity, and efficiency of the company’s internal processes and infrastructure. In his role, Darren leads the NetDirector operations team in client support, new client implementations/ add-ons, and new product design/delivery. Additionally, Darren manages NetDirector’s enterprise IT infrastructure. Starting as an integration analyst, Darren has been an invaluable resource to our clients. This experience along with over 15 years’ in both the software and information technology industries will assist Darren as he strives to keep customer satisfaction at a premium level.
